Please allow 24 to 72 hours for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed & your credit information is verified, your order will be shipped within 7 to 14 business days unless you pay separately for expedited services. Upon shipping, you will be notified by the e-mail address you provide when your order has been shipped along with the tracking information. We can not change a shipping address. So please be sure to enter the correct address at check out. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, We will contact the buyer to verify the correct address and resent the product. If an order is delivered to the wrong address because the customer failed to enter the correct address, we are not responsible, nor are we at fault. If the package is delivered unsuccessfully because of the wrong address offered by the buyer, we are also not responsible for any loss caused. The customer is responsible for all costs pertaining to re-delivery. Keep in mind, there may be delays out of our control due to weather and holidays and we are not held responsible. This is solely upon the shipping company.
